Kim, saw that one today and wanted to grab it based on your review, but that $20.99 tag was right next to the Attacus $14.99 and Ghost $10.99. I grabbed the other two instead,

Question for any of you Home brewers. I just ordered 8 Cascade Hop rhizomes to plant. I’ve never planted them so this is a trial but I believe I can make them work and this is the one that all seem to recommend for this far south. They will ship mid April hopefully will fruit September.
If they make would anyone here like some? Free of course I just want to make sure they are used not tossed in the backseat of the Buick and forgotten.
I just have room and like to try different things and they will go well with my thornless blackberries, horseradish and saffron.
And if anyone has grown them I’m up for tips.

martini - check with the homebrew thread if you haven’t.
Not saying a few folks in here can’t help, but I’m pretty sure the home brew thread has some hop growers.

Ive grown them in Dallas and they do well. But I've only ever harvested enough for 1 brew and drying hops is an art that I haven't mastered.

shite, did I pay $20.99? I don't remember that. Isn't Ghost $12.99?
ETA: I found the receipt from Calandro's. The Pontoon brew was $15.99 and the Ghost was $12.99.

Maybe was $12.99. I know Breaux Mart in the New Orleans area sells it for $10.99. Lowest i've seen.

All good at my house, and I have some gas space heaters just in case. Friends lost power and pipes though. How about you?
