Favorite Irianian dishes?

I just bought an Iranian cookbook that I was interested in after seeing this Munchies youtube video
I'm making the dish in the video as we speak. It seems pretty mild but I'm sure it will be satisfying
Iranian Comfort Food
Wondering what I might try out of the actual book. It appears to be a very well written cook book so far.

Not exactly what I'd describe as mild, but probably pretty satisfying.

Yeah I accidentally copied the wrong link that I opened on the OT

Update - it was easy to make and somewhat enjoyable but it really wasn't anything to write home about
It does make me think differently about how I might make an Italian meat sauce in the future. The weird method of poaching the ground beef and onions actually works out texture wise.

Houston has a few Persian restaurants and one really good one, is Café Caspian, out on Westheimer, by Phoenecia. The bread is excellent and cooked in a fired oven. The saffron rice is great and their lamb and beef dishes are excellent.

I actually went to Cafe Caspian in 2014 when I was working in Houston for a few weeks. I really enjoyed the food there.
I can't remember exactly what I got but I do remember getting some bread and one of the 2 stew combos and some really good mango ice cream.
I thought I may have had some photos from there on my google account but I can't seem to locate it.

Persian food is by far one of my favorite cuisines. Most food throughout the Middle East is very similar but Persian food is very unique. I guess because they are not Arabic. Very complex dishes using exotic and expensive ingredients.
I used to be in the Tampa for work a few days for work and I always looked forward to eating a Persian buffet in Clearwater called Mirage. I would eat their every day I was in the area.
