If you are in Denver, check out Dry Dock. Lots of good choices, but if you like sours, their Sour Apricot is the GOAT.

Texas- pretty much anything from Big Bend
Louisiana- a bunch. I love a lot of the stuff coming out of Great Raft. Rhinestone Life NE IPA and Grace & Grit DIPA being my favorites.
