i carefully peel the rind from jarlsberg and i can go to town on that.

i freaking love cheese.

also even though they're hard to find down here, nothing beats authentic wi cheese curds.

I love the Cracker Barrel aged white cheddar for everyday snacking

The next time you visit her relatives, try to pick up a few rings of Troyer's Trail Bologna. It's made in the same area (Holmes County) and goes well with Swiss cheese. It makes an especially kick arse fried bologna sandwich.

Had to check with my FIL to verify but we've had it before. Made out of Trail? I couldn't remember the name of it. It was very good
