W L Weller is the best bourbon for the price$38 handle IMHO., smooth and mellow.
Buffalo trace is good as well but stronger in flavor. $48 handle
My High end is Angel envy rye, delicious whiskey, $80 fifth.
All of these can be hard or impossible to find in some places.

Elijah Craig small batch is my go to...also in that price point Buffalo Trace and Eagle Rare. Four Roses SB and small batch are both solid. If I want to spend a little more...Blanton’s SB or E.H. Taylor SB or small batch.

But why? I have zero trouble finding it at any store I buy my Charter from anymore. There are always multiple fifths and handles available. You’re manufacturing a crisis, man.
