Sorry if this has been discussed recently, but I was wondering what bitters folks like with their Old Fashioneds. I made with Angostura originally, then mixed it with Regan's Orange. I like both of these but was wondering what others use for their bitters. I know Peychauds is a popular one. Is there any particular that you like or don't like? Also, do you like Luxardo cherries with yours? Me I love Luxardos, but hate the neon red maraschino cherries.

Same as you (Angostura and Regans) but I add Angostura Orange also. Luxardo cherries are nice Peychaud’s in a OF not so much. But to each his own

Luxardo cherries are Maraschino cherries. Look at your jar. Luxardo is the brand

As for Old Fashioned bitters, Peychaud's & Angostura Orange are my preferred parings.

Yes, I know that are maraschino cherries, maybe I should have been more clear, that I don't like the bright red ones
