I am too busy with work to do what I wanted to do. I was going to make a pizza with smoked andouille, bell peppers, and onions. The pizza was going to have a stuffed crust of crumbled andouille and mozzarella cheese, and I was going to serve it with breadsticks with a smoked cheese and andouille dip.

So use your imagination...

My first thought was to do a homemade andouille pizza as well... I did make one, but ended up just using a store bought crust so I didn't deem it worthy of submission.

I chose andouille with zero plan. Same for sandwich. Both I came up with something last minute. But I didn’t realize andouille would be so tough.
