Family options on game day near North Gates

Reginelli's was our go to. Service sucked, but food was good, beer selection was decent, AC was cold, TVs were accessible, never too crowded and the bathrooms were mostly always clean.

Since their closed now, what other options are out in that direction that meet the above standards and would be appropriate to spend a few hours before gameday. I like the Chimes, but I hate just camping out there all day long. I'd rather eat there then move to the Varsity but not very appropriate for my 5 year old.
