Black eyed peas are high on my list but damn if they don’t get me very gassy. I would crush some with crawfish boil on them though.

Do you frickin' coonasses want everything to taste like crawfish boil? I'll bet you wrap a bunch of shite in bacon too.

If this is wrong I don’t want to be right.

If done properly it can enhance the flavor of any dish...just like any other seasoning. No surprise that this needs to be explained to you.

My instapot red beans call for a capful of liquid boil. So good.

I lightly glaze my skillet with crawfish boil before frying bacon.

Did I miss something, is there a rule against that?

I wish I could be considered a coonass but I am not. I don't mind amping up a lighter flavor with a bit of crawfish boil. It doesn't taste like just crawfish, I use a lot of lemon pepper spice as well.

When I fry a turkey on Thanksgiving, I usually inject with crawfish boil, lemon juice, and garlic hot sauce the night before. Turkey is kind of bland and needs some love.
