honestly even the bottom one looks undercooked but that my taste. In my opinion if you are going to "cook" oysters, whether baked or chargrilled it better be all the damn way. Otherwise, you just end up with a hot oyster and thats disgusting. If you try to get baked oysters out of new orleans I feel like every place is guilty of this. Especially gulf shores, destin, etc..
