My husband gets mad when I don't put it back in the fridge... He says it'll go bad. I like it room temp though....

I'm 50/50 on using ketchup on fries. I depends how good the fries are. But I like ketchup on burgers and hotdogs. Ranch is better for chicken strips

I like it on hot fresh cut fries, but just a little and the spicy kind. Also must have it on crunchy diner like hashbrowns.
I use it in cocktail sauce when I'm in the mood for the sauce, but a little goes a long way for me.
I've never kept it in the fridge and I'd skip it before I'd eat it cold on hot food.

I never really thought about it now that you mention it. I have it in the fridge at home. It does not matter though because when I put it on my steak it gets warm
