Juicing, as in

And if so, what’s your go to veg/fruit/leafy veg concoction? Any supliments?

Interested in breaking out the juicer again and getting committed to a morning regiment and wanted to see if any of you people have any recommendations.

Only after she's been frozen for at least 48 hours.

Yeah, you can get carried away with the fruits. I try and stick with berries and veg

I had a juicer...what a PITA to clean. I gave it away, and when I get a juice craving, I just buy it from a juice bar. I got a vitamix, though, and I'm now blending everything I can into a smoothie. Yogurt plus whatever equals something I can drink through a straw while driving & I get more fiber than juice alone.

I juice satsuma and oranges unusually a gallon or more at a time and drink it almost every morning. Toward the end of the season I juice 3-5 gallons at a time and freeze, so I will have juice till the next crop is ready.

For citrus I found the best juicer is the kind where the top spins while holding the fruit, no clogs and easy to clean.

You should look up and try the benefits of straight celery juice. I sometimes add an apple to help the taste but supposed to work wonders. Can’t remember the name of the dude who promotes it

Mrs. Crickets does this and loves it.

We also gave away our juicer due to it being a royal PITA to clean.

She now throws the celery in the vitamix then strains the juice through a milk nut bag (TWSS). Super easy to do and clean up is simply rinsing it out under the faucet.
