District Donuts has the worst donuts I have ever eaten. Well that may be a little harsh but there donuts don't even taste like donuts. More like big, dry cakes. I'd take Dunkin before district donuts.

I kind of like everything there but the donuts.

Does the BR location serve Stumptown coffee?

Their donuts are not great, but their chicken biscuit is one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth.

Place is kinda pricey but being near whole foods you have to expect that....either you like it or you don't.....remember rent is not cheap in that shopping center just look at all the places that have come and gone...

The donuts are good, but more like eating cake than a donut. The real star of the whole menu is the spicy chicken biscuit.

Gotta be honest, I like some of their flavors, but man, their dough recipe is all kinda fricked up. If they had a lighter, airier dough they'd be 100 times better. I prefer Tiger Deauxnuts for specialty donuts anyway.

I picked up an assortment of $4 donuts for the girls at work last week.

I tasted a lemon donut that was delicious! The girls liked them too and don't object to them costing $4, as long as someone else is paying for them.

Par for the course,

The best thing by far I’ve had there are the chocolate chip cookies. Anyone else ever try them?

Though to be fair, you're spending $7-8 for the same thing at Starbucks, and the quality is much higher at District Donuts.
$7 is also 71% less than $12 That’s a very big price difference

It’s math semantics.

7 is 58% of 12.
A stock worth $12 would have to lose 42% to be $7.
A stock worth $7 would have to gain 71% to be $12.

it's damn near impossible to beat a hot and fresh glazed donut from Mary Lee's IMO.

This guy gets it. Tiger Deauxnuts and District Donuts are in the same category as cold french fries. The sliders at District are fine, sure, but come on those donuts are turrible.

Ok, it’s sinple

12-7= 5

5/7= 71%

The increase is 71% from Starbucks prices to District prices

I’d love to see any argument against this math....

In terms of comparing prices, it wouldn’t make much since to compare 7 and 12 directly as a simple fraction of 58%.

Or, you know, you could just say it's $4-5 more.

Both are right, and one is much easier. I don't need to be breaking out a TI-30 when making breakfast decisions.

Decided to pop in before a meeting and got the turkey sausage biscuit for the first time. Excellent.
