For a cheap instant read you can’t go wrong with the Thermoworks Thermopop.

I am trying to decide between some leave in probes. Currently looking at the Thermoworks SmokeX w/Billows control, the Ikamand or the Meater 4 Probe set.

I have the cyberQ from BBQ Guru. It’ has controls for smoking and a bunch more, but it works great.

I ordered a new dome thermometer from Primo, just not real sure in the accuracy of any of the dome thermometers. I wanna get something where I can get a grate temp and a meat temp.

I have the Tappecue and it works great. It automatically graphs the temperature on each probe throughout the cook and emails it to you

I ended up ordering a Thermoworks Signals on Tuesday and used it today for the first time. It worked great and was very easy to set up.

Of course I received an email from Thermoworks this am before my unit arrived saying they are now offering the Signals for 20% off if any one is still looking.
