Have sausage, ground meat (a lot), roast, backstrap.
Mainly for the ground meat like (burritos, chilli, meatballs, enchiladas, stuffed peppers, spaghetti, meatloaf, tacos, hamburgers, etc...)

I mix the ground deer with raw bacon to make meatballs, 2/3 deer with1/3 bacon. Follow your favorite meatball recipe after that. So damn good.

Here's a few 'different' ideas for deer ground that we do
Eggroll in a Bowl
Taco Soup
Potstickers
Meat Eater Meatloaf
Turn some of the ground into Italian Sausage and make pizza/lasagna/etc
ETA: Lots of Asian recipes work great with ground deer. Branch out and try it

Get this book. It will change your life as a venison cook. From restaurant fancy to down home spaghetti or meatloaf. You won’t look at a backstrap the same ever again. ( Louisiana Meatloaf is my go to recipe whether using venison or beef.) Author is from an old Mississippi family of deer hunters. May to add some spice to the recipes but that’s easy to fix

Pretty much everything you listed, minus the peppers, is what we do with our deer meat. We kind of have a rotation and we cook at least 1 of these meals a week.
I usually make 20 or so burritos at a time then freeze them individually then vacuum seal them 1 per pack. It's a quick easy meal for the kids to throw in the microwave if they're getting home late from sports and what not.

Besides regular burritos, make breakfast burritos and freeze them individually, it makes for a good quick breakfast.
I also have started using venison some when we make marsala instead of chicken or veal
