Pop the Brussels off the stalk next time. Pressure cook the stalk. Scoop out the inside. Spread on toast. It's like bone marrow

Little known fact - MSU does not ask a kicker to be able to make a kick.
Happy we went for TD in OT. At least folks from MSU can happily say A win is a Win.

We are only two people, and our famliy is out of state so we didn't do as extensive a spread. I prepped yesterday since I was off, so all I did today was put it in the oven and make sure not to burn anything!
finished result - also had some cranberry sauce

Posted by Rohan2Reed yo boys! hope everyone had a splendid day giving thanks with family and friends! hopefully tomorrow we can get some more folks in here and see what everyone made or ate. perhaps we may need to forklift some of them off the couch or administer some tryptophan anti-venom .. but I'm sure it can be done. ETA: Bulldogs want a win in regulation MD!!! we'll see how good this kicker is ..
R2R and MD being nice to each other? What's this world coming to? Must be the holiday.

So you had everyone make their plate, then you told them to get the frick out of the dining room so you could take a pic for Tigerdroppings.
Makes for a good pic but that's some balls.

Looks fantastic...
BTW, you're supposed to put food in the dog dishes so that they don't eat the bowls.

I bet it went something like this:
MD: Everyone got their plate ready? Ok, put them on the table then leave the dining room. TD is going to want to see this.
MD Son: Momma, what the hell is TD and why is Daddy taking pictures of an empty table????
MD Wife (MHNBPF): He's got this new group of 'friends' on this silly LSU website and all he does now is take pictures of his food and post them. I think he's lost his mind, but he's happy so I let him be.
No pics from my table, but we had turkey, sweet potatoes, 4 kinds of dressing/stuffing (one for each family represented), twice baked potatoes, spinach casserole, pink (jello) salad, pumpkin pie, lemon pie and pecan tassies.
I'm still stuffed.

This is his second set of bowls. He gets food and treats but still loves the damn bowls. Next time we are getting steel ones

Everyone made their plate on their own with no urging from me.
I promise you that no one in my family wanted to be in a Tigerdroppings photo.
Here is football hero grandson taking his place beside me at the table
just noticed his dad's hands at the head of the table, so he was already in place after the photo. Others were somewhere close.
Also just noticed my Granddaughter's foot between me and her dad, so she was in place also.

Not far from the truth.
The wife reads the site at times, and the oldest son has also. Their stepping out of the way was a loving response to a simple request.
I didn't have to promise anything much at all to get compliance.
