Once again, EVERY restaurant has a supplier. Walkons does have premade sauces and soups from a local Louisiana processor. Someone has to deliver it.

Because they legally can't.

Unless the fisherman is an owner of the restaurant, they have to buy frozen/processed seafood.
And they can't use Louisiana redfish.

As soon as I found out that they use imported seafood, I knew I’d never go back. The rest of their food is like any other sports bar type place IMO.

Once you leave Louisiana it becomes very uneconomical to use Louisiana seafood. They aren't going to do contracts for just Louisiana and then everyone else
