If you want to day drink bourbon, then you find a good 80 proof to do that. In our neck of the woods, Old Charter is the Lord's nectar. Jim Black is also good. I'm easy. Bourbon, water, splash of Sprite on top for a lil fizz and flavor.

Well sure, but it depends on your clientele. If you are a cocktail bar, you’re obviously going to make more cocktails.

Crown and seven is more of a tailgate drink where you don’t want the fuss of mixing together too many things. It’s also popular at college bars and with the older crowds.
