Dat Dog v. Diva Dog

I just recently ate at Diva Dog and can now compare. IMO, Dat Dog is far superior and it's not close.

I think Dat Dog is the most overrated place in the city. They don't even cook their sausage right IMO. It's so damn chewy. No snap!!

I don't know what "snap" you're talking about. I usually get the alligator sausage, and it's great. The buns they use are something special.

You get snap for heating the sausage for a longer period of time.

if snap is new to you, you are clearly a beginner in this game.
that said, i only did Dat once, also the alligator, and it was pretty tasty still.

New? Beginner? I've been eating sausage for 40 years.
I know what I like. Taste is important. I don't want a casing too mushy, too tough, too "snappy", OR too chewy. Dat's sausage is just right with me!

In my opinion the sausage is the 4th best thing they have going.
