Puh-leese. Sam, my Bluetick deer hound that would only tree coons, would tree circles around any old Redbone. Also, Dan and Ann were a couple of bitches.

I think I've yanked your chain on this issue before. My dad had redbones for 30 years and dog cussed every other breed. I come by it honestly.

I've got 6 jars of candied jalapenos I canned about a month ago

I am at a loss with what to do with all the jalapenos I am getting off plants, how do you candy fresh japs. I have done the add sugar to already pickled ones, but never can them from fresh.

A couple of years back, I stuffed a pork loin w cream cheese and spinach. Posted pics. Then a few weeks later, did a stuffed burger. I got dogged for weeks about stuffing everything with CC and greens (I did jalepenos on the burger).

Stadium Rat smoked a loin similar and did his better than I did mine.

Now everybody on the board loves it. Times....they change.

Nice job. Looks great.

Damn girl, nice memory. Have you tried a cream cheese stuffed tender loin? It's a heavenly combo. And the smoked one I did was juicy and full o flavor.

I do think I'd like it. I'd be willing to give it a try.

Just knowing some posters around here's personalities, I am not surprised they criticized

This is the recipe I used. Haven't tried them yet - I'm letting them set up. Got a feeling that I might leave out the turmeric next time. I used a mandolin slicer to make quick work of it.

The best thing about this recipe is that 6 pounds of jalapenos only made 6 pints of pickles.
