I’ve got 3 pounds of Louisiana tails in my freezer. I’ve been selected for dinner at the lake in Sunday night. They’ve requested seafood. And also requested my bbq shrimp for app.
I was going to do a crawfish fettuccine, maybe etouffee.
Anyone have any other ideas for good crawfish recipes? Feeding about 10-12 people
Thanks

I like doing a cajun fettucine pasta with basically a cajun seasoned alfredo sauce, red bell peppers, onions, shrimp and crawfish tails.

How about a mix of things? Pick two- Crawfish Monica, Crawfish Pie, Crawfish Etouffee, Crawfish Bread. That way people get to try a couple of different things.

I like what McVick said.

Too hot at the lake this time of year for me to do a heavy pasta dish.

Bisque. You don't need crawfish heads. Just make stuffing balls to put in the gravy. They will forever be grateful.
