Schaeffer's in Bucktown have pond raised for $1.80 if paying cash, slightly higher if on a card. Also Bell River for $2.20 a lb. cash, again higher if on a card.
But you really need to put your location when asking crap like this.

Location and live/boiled helps.

There's a place that sells them off La. 22 around the Hammond area and that is where my brother-in-law always gets them and they are always nice crawfish.
I just put a call to him but he is either tied up in a meeting or out of town on business. If he gets back to me later and I'll add it to this post when I find out.

Will do, but it will probably be after 6 pm before I hear from his when he's on his way home from work.

I live on southshore so don't have any recommendations for Hammond, but if you are paying more than $2 a pound for live, you are overpaying.

Yes and thanks
The place is called B & J Seafood at 2504 Church St. in Hammond and their number is 1-985-350-1400.
I just called and their price on their Select sacks is $2.39 a lb. and my brother in law said he got 2 sacks last weekend and they were beautiful crawfish.
They also have Bell River crawfish and they are $1.89 a lb. for a sack of medium to large with at least half large according to the lady I talked to.
