No dip for dads here. Like Oysters, dip ruins them. YMMV.

I'm not a brandy expert and I mostly use it in cooking fairly often. I generally have E&J on hand. I think it also comes in a small bottle. I have the large bottle.

1 pound crawfish tails
1 pound block Boudin
1 can Rotel (I use the hot)
1 large jar of queso (from the chip aisle)
Mix together, crumble ritz on top, place in 350 oven until hot.
Eat with ritz crackers.
So easy and so good!
