Crawfish boil mushrooms

I've been adding mushrooms to my boils for the last 3-4 years and have always run out before my guests appetites, so this past weekend I cooked 7lbs of whole mushrooms and I've got 2 gallon bags of crawfish boiled mushrooms in the freezer now as a result.
I'm trying to figure out what I can do with them while not just wasting them. Any suggestions?

Next time you boil crawfish drop a bad of them into the pot frozen and let them thaw.

Sliced and over a steak instead of sauteed mushrooms, maybe? I'm not sure how those flavors would work, though. At least you can just try it, and if it's a shite idea, the steak won't be ruined.
I like the fried mushroom idea. Maybe a homemade cream of mushroom soup?

Egg wash
Flour
Flash fry till light golden brown
Dip them in Ranch or remoulade
Also good in omelets
