I personally do not like Zat's Pro-Boil. If you go with Zat's, go with the regular or extra spicy. Add a bottle of liquid. It you want to get more flavor, and who doesn't, add onions, garlic, lemon, and Zat's boil bags (coriander, mustard seed, and bay leaves).

We used to use Louisiana but switched to Zats this season.

We won't be going back to Louisiana.

What is the difference in the proboil and the other two?

I usually use a thing of proboil and a small bottle of liquid crab boil.

Last year I switched from Zats to Louisiana. I like the Louisiana better. I also add salt, because it's not as salty. I think it has a better overall flavor.
