Zat's pro boil and Louisiana Liquid.

I do want to try the Swamp Dust but haven't yet.

I also add red pepper and cayenne pepper to the boil.

I had Proboil last night for the first time. Really liked it. Much less salt than the standard zats boil with more heat and a deeper smoked paprika flavor that was excellent.

Not all crawfish boils are the same, but as long as the crawfish are not overcooked, I can make it work. By the time I begin my feast, I've already down several cold ones anyway, so the taste is masked.

Go to Captain Sids in bucktown and tell them how many pounds you are boiling, they'll give you the best ready made spice in the world !

This.....sids is my go to.....will never use anything else. I do add a few splashes of Zats liquid and cayenne, but that always leaves the crowd raving.
