I've never used that product. What makes it better than regular Kingsford?

Professional burns hotter and cleaner with less ash. Original probably lasts longer IMO.

Professional is also marketed as All Natural. I saw they had about half a pallet left so I grabbed three 2 packs. I like lump but for that price it’s hard to beat.

That's what I've read. I would use it mainly for my smoker so I'll likely pass on this one. The regular Kingsford works fine enough for my needs.
