Now they are both really expensive type foods to eat at a restaurant.

I wouldn't call $12-$15 really expensive to eat.

For those prices ($12-$15) everyone is quoting, it must be for 10-12in sandwiches?

I do know all seafood prices (along with all food) have increased in the last 5 years. Oysters and shrimp are about at all time highs right now.

Parrans. They apparently charge extra for dressed. I don't remember any extras items. I'm sure the 90 she told me was rounded but still it was between 85-90.

These food prices are going through the roof threads are annoying. Tell me when was the last time it was "cheap" to eat one? Inflation occurs, things go up. Hasn't this been going on forever??

If you come to the city, Banks Street Market, I think it's called, the gas station on Banks and Broad. You can get a hot saussage poboy for like 6 bucks, dressed.

Had a Danny & Clydes shrimp po'boy this afternoon. Fri - Sun during Lent a 6" is 5.99 and the 11" is 7.99.

The shrimp were small, but there were plenty on the sandwich. It's not the best po boy in the city, but for under 9 bucks with tax, I got no complaints.
