I cooked my dressing late last night due to being short on oven space. I left it sitting on the counter covered not thinking about putting it in the fridge. Is it still good? I sampled it about an hour ago and it tasted good.

I would reheat and serve.

Just don't tell anyone.

I know nothing about cornbread dressing. If it was rice dressing there would be no problem.

Martini's a smart guy. Take his advice - and Happy Thanksgiving to both of yall.

If you would've put it in the fridge late last night, it'd probably just now be cool. Serve it up, it's fine.

My cornbread dressing tastes good as is. The plan is to mix two pounds of crawfish tails in. I hope I don't mess up the current cornbread/sagey goodness.

First 3 days of season was wall to wall ducks in the Vermilion marsh and rice fields - thanks to that big cool front that came thru the day before the season started. No fronts since and the ducks have vanished. How bout up in the Delta?
