Ok. Summer salmon season is June 22- July 4th I believe. I'm only fishing 3 days.

Fall season opens Aug 1st til Sep 15th. Typically it doesn't shut down til Dec 31 but projected numbers aren't great so we are lucky we have what we do. No matter, my buddies boat will catch fish.

I recently moved and bought a drift boat. Once done on the Columbia I'm fishing near the Aberdeen, WA area through March (kings then coho then winter steelhead). Less than an hour from Olympia.

Bring Miles and Rouge with you!

Kuskokwim river chinook salmon is where it's at

Still can use gillnets with no limits...not so fun part...have to live in western Alaska not on a road system.

Cliffs

OP bought overpriced hyped up fish that you can buy cheaper elsewhere and now he's claiming he didn't pay almost tree hunnit n fitty bucks for king salmon and has a hookup at the most expensive seafood store I know of and says it was free.

Can kiss my arse. Sorry but it's a sore subject around these parts.

The Columbia river is the only river gillnets are allowed on. They do help provide more hatchery fish but do more damage to the wild fish that are caught in the nets and are essentially dead but have to be thrown back.

He does that. Melted for a whole week because he can only make one type of gravy.

You still can't get over the fact that you can't make ANY type of gravy.. Jeez Louise.

Keep stirring that béchamel.. It'll turn to gravy one day.
