Anybody else use this instead of soy sauce? I have tried it because the wife is eating gluten free. So far, I've not noticed a huge difference, but I usually use it in marinades. It may be a tad sweeter and a bit less salty, but it's not bad.
Are the supposed health benefits all that?

Yep, it has completely replaced soy sauce in my house. Its way less salty, slightly sweeter, and not as rich as soy sauce.
I made some teriyaki sauce this weekend with it and turned out great.

That's what I'm finding. I'm about to stop using soy sauce, unless it turns out that coconut aminos are less healthy...

I've tried them but they're not nearly as good as soy. I do use a little Bragg Aminos, which are made from soybean but they are still not great. I always add a dash of soy to them.....but I am a soy boy.

Same at my house. We tried it, but went back to regular soy sauce.

We use Bragg's aminos mainly but I bought some coconut aminos to cook for a friend who has celiac that I use as well. Coconut aminos with some oil and a lot of chopped garlic and green onion makes a great marinade with that little bit of sweetness in the coconut aminos
