A nice spicy chili over a bed of tangy sauerkraut is pretty darn good.

I get it but the tang of the kraut works with the spicy/savory of the chili.
Of course I put a lot of hot sauce in chili which is very vinegar-y so there’s that.
I get that you won’t see it on menus anywhere. Haha!

A lot of times I cut hotdogs up and add chili, Sauerkraut and mustard in a bowl when I'm watching the carbs.

Jalapenos, Habaneros, and red bell
Everything is sliced up and set to ferment Labor day weekend, everything is jarred the weekend before thanksgiving. Pic was from last years batch

So is this a beanless chili? i like beans in my chili. Chili with beans wins over white beans, just by a pipsqueek fot.
