Winn Dixie has nice looking chicken thighs on sale this week for ,79 a pound. I picked up two packages today totaling close to 12 pounds. Plan on doing Jerk Chicken next week. They also have legs for the same price.

Thanks Nate gonna check that out we get the family packs like that at da Pig same price bout once a month or so. We get em and divide em into Qt zip bags for the freezer. A qt bag holds 4 or 5 thighs perfect for me and Peggy for a meal.

We love the boneless skinless thighs, wonder how hard they are to filet them yourself?

They went in the freezer when I got home.I would have kept some out to cook but I have a whole chicken I'mm cutting up and cooking for dinner tomorrow. I might put a big roasting hen of the rotisserie Sunday if not Saturday.
Might pick up some more this weekend.

Deboning thighs is easy and the skin just about peels off.

It's not difficult but a little time consuming depending how much loss you're ok with.

It's also not hard to eat e with the bole in I mean its only 1 bone. To me they taste better with the bone and skin and if ya dont wanna eat the skin just lift it off and sheesh on da bone it aint hard to take it out before cooking or cook it and eat around it.
