Now, this is very difficult to buy into since the rest of your page when you weren't bashing TD was about your restaurant with pictures of your lines etc... Chef Rob was an avid poster and supporter of himself, not that there's anything wrong with that. The manner was a put off, though.

If you get another shot at your own place you should consider a concept switch to direct heat over open coals where you wouldn't have to deal with the daily technical difficulties of BBQ, but could still rock those prime rib or brisket specials when you wanted.
