It’s a little expensive but damn good on these hot days. This batch cost me nearly $50 but that’s a giant mixing bowl (notice how small that large jar of mix looks).

Salami, pepperoni, ham, mozzarella, provolone, real parmesan, Swiss, salad mix, onion, tomatoes, pasta, mayo.

No, just played it by ear, 1/2 pack of each cheese, 1/2 pack of pepperoni, whole pack of salami, whole pack of ham, 3/4 jar of mix, 3 tomatoes, red onion, 1 1/2 pounds of pasta, 2-3 scoops of mayo. I was thinking of adding a little dijon mustard.

Just cube everything into 1/2” pieces, play it by ear. Add the olive mix a little at a time, until it could use a tad more, then add the mayo instead of more mix

And cool off your pasta before adding anything. Don’t need to be cold, just make sure it’s not hot, so it doesn’t melt your cheese or turn the mayo

Looks really good! Any more olive oil added or just what’s in the olive salad?

I love Muffuletta’s but don’t care for pasta salad. But I think I would eat this.

What made you want to put red onions in it? What cost the most? The meat?

I really do prefer Central Grocery's mix the best. And Maxwell's usually has some jars in stock. Depending upon what I'm using it in(pasta salad, potato salad, Muffs,etc..). I will sometimes dice it further..theirs is chunky.

Good job Antique.

I love red onions. As for the cost, the meats and cheeses.
