I did three 1.5 inch chops Friday. 132 degrees for 4 hours. Excellent.

I have Joule, so that is the app I use

It makes it foolproof since the app literally takes you step by step

I just downloaded the joule app today after someone in this thread mentioned it. It may have a few more recipes

I do not need to know about such things, I got this thing to be healthy. Especially since it makes meal planning so easy. Got me some pork chops for probably Wednesday.

Sous vide this Corned Beef Friday night for 12hrs at 180. Got it out of the fridge Saturday night , sliced it across grain and it made some great Reubens.
