Cornbread stuffed brisket is amazing
There sausage is some of the best in LA
I made a jambalaya for Florida game with 2 links smoked green onion, 2 links regular sausage, and some Tasso from Bergerons's, and 4 links deer sausage from Bellue's, it was very good.
