What do you guys think of this product? I've never used it, but I bought a jar the other day and thought I would try it out.

Any preferred ways to customize it?

I made some and added onion and bell pepper. I froze it right away but it smelled the part.

ETA: If you like a thicker chili, you definitely need to add more ground meat. I made mine for chili dogs.

We use it and think it’s great. Cajun power chili, spaghetti, and sloppy Joe mix is all good grocery.

I added ground beef, pinto beans, onion, celery, bell pepper. Tasted like Wendy’s chili, which I like.

I love Cajun Power products in general, but really wasn't impressed with either of the spaghetti sauces.

I was thinking along the same lines, and maybe some poblano pepper.

Cajun Power Gumbo and Stew mix are the same thing. One just tells you to add more water.
