I've been using this recipe for a couple of years. Make it probably twice a month. Really good and really easy.

Why is it called a Caesar.
Seems more like a mayonnaise Parmesan dressing.

I know traditional caesar dressing has anchovies, supposedly the W. sauce is the substitute.

I don't know. I don't pretend to be an expert in Caesar dressing. I know traditional Caesar has anchovies. What's a normal Caesar dressing recipe look like?

I think because it originated in Caesars Palace, but I could be wrong and I’m lazy to google

The recipe I use is pretty similar except mine also has anchovy paste

No, it originated in Tijuana, Mexico. Italian-American chef name Caesar.

I used this, but added a little more lemon and worcestershire. Came out quite well for how easy it was.

The original didn't but adding anchovy is an improvement imo.
