I have old European recipes that swear by uncooked rice in cabbage rolls before they're baked, but most recipes call for cooked rice.
Any enlightenment from experience?

I’ve been wanting to make some and in the past have always used cooked. Link to your old recipes?

Raw rice. I dont bother rolling them anymore. I make a casserole now. I prefer it.
