High Temp

Yep, I will be doing these on a RoccBox, so definitely going for that high heat.

Andrea's will sell you some. His pizzas are fantastic when he bakes them in the wood burning oven in the front where the old bar used to be. When the oven is mot lit and he makes them in the kitchen they are not nearly as good.

I didn't scroll past the first two posts, but Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Reginelli's will sell the dough.

Sweet I looked at one of those and was very close to purchasing, but held off in then end to get a larger pizza party Wood/gas hybrid in the future.

I would definitely go with dough from Ancora or call Wood or Domenica if you are going for Neapolitan like pizza. It will much better handle thise temps compared to a reginellis or Trader Joe's type dough which is better suited for a gas oven.

Anyone done this? Cost? Quantity?

You can buy dough from several places in Portland. Few bucks but never asked for more than 1 but I bet you could set something up in advance.
