Next time you cook burgers, mix 60% ground chuck and 40% ground turkey. MKe your pattie roughly 9 ounces. Season it with Big Mikes BBQ Rub and thank me later. It will be absolutely amazing

I always like to put some egg and bread crumbs on it right after the rub

That's a meatball. Not a hamburger.

This.

The quality of meat and bun make a good burger. Not seasoning.

Why do people always try and mess up a good thing.
80/20 black angus beef
Loosely form parties so they aren't tough
Kosher salt and black pepper
Flip once
Done

Do you put the Italian dressing on before or after you take them out of the microwave?

Don't get all the exotic burger mixes. I get my ground beef from a local butcher that grinds the steak trimmings. No filler needed!

You forgot to add to do them on a hot plate until crust forms. Medium.

Get lean ground beef and add ground bacon so the ratio is 75 beef 25 bacon, season with salt and pepper.

I use chef Paul's magic BBQ seasoning for my burgers. I'm not lying when I say that everyone who has them swears they are the best they've had.

I tried it in a pinch once and I have never done otherwise since.
