yeah man I was so superseded. I went late night and they have a limited menu. And honestly I’d put it up there with any burger I’ve had in Nola

Tried company burger and they pretty much poached our burgers. Was grey flavorless burger that should have been cooked at a higher temperature. No sear what so ever. Maybe it was just a bad day or a screw up. It was prolly the worst burger I’d had in a long time.

All the best to you. Don't worry about driving a few minutes. Go to Port of Call and have a burger and a couple of Huma Humas (if you can drink).

Live a couple blocks from the CB on Freret St. Gave them 3 tries and just did not get the hype. High Hat a block away is 10x better.

I realize OP may not be able to drink but the deal at Brown Butter is my go to. Great burgers there. It's something like $18 for a burger, fries, and 2 draft beers.

Farmacy is right there and has excellent burgers.
Deeper into mid city is Brown butter who also has some good burgers.

Heading top the cbd you have company burger which does a great flat top burger.
