Why is there an apostrophe in "Bun's?"

I guess if you're gonna dream, dream big.
They'll be fortunate just to survive a couple of years, but I wish them luck.

How many burger joints do you need on Siegen.

So I dropped my credit/debit card accidentally when I ate lunch there Friday.
I noticed my card missing last night when I was on the way to Spanish Town Ball and I stopped to get cash from an ATM. I had visited a few more places Friday evening so I had to call around today to see where I might’ve left it.
I called Buns around lunch. They had it! A customer found it on the floor and turned it in to an employee. I went and picked it up a little while ago.
I tip my cap to Buns, and say. “Thank You.”

You’ll be investigated by the FBI for funding terrorists now.

Just had the Surf and Turf Combo, $20 on the button with tax. Ate the three shrimp off the top, well seasoned and grilled. Basic waffle fries fried to limp mushy texture much like those from Chicky Santos,etc..and not crunchy enough for my liking.
The burger had nice smash burger grilled edges, was juicy, was dressed with house sauce on it. Not as many pickles nor jalapeños to my liking, thus add more once home.
Will absolutely return for more burgers, and to try the four varying egg roll offerings. Much better than Whataburger, Freddy's, but of chain burgers prefer Five Guys, etc..
And at a price point where a Parrains lunch special is cheaper, and a Ruth Chris petit filet lunch special not far out of reach.

My work fam usually goes out to eat on Fridays and we're gonna be on Siegen for something else. For burgers, you can't ever go wrong with Dearman's... and a very close second is Jay's BBQ on Sherwood. But Buns came up as an option nobody has tried yet.
Have the kinks been worked out yet? Anybody been recently?

My friend and I went last Saturday and both of us thought it was excellent. Burgers were huge, fries were great, and our meals came out fast.
We both got the jalapeno smash and for me it was one of the better burgers I've had recently in Baton Rouge.
Had another buddy go later that week who is kind of snobby with food and he reported back the burger was really good.
So I'd say give it a try.

Everything after this should be ignored.

Bun’s, a new “modern fast-casual” burger concept, is preparing to open its doors at 7004 Siegen Lane — the site of a former Burger King — with sights set on international recognition.
With plans to add more locations if the first is successful, Mousa said his ultimate goal for the restaurant is as bold as its flavors, bringing Baton Rouge its first Michelin star.
First mistake..setting your sights on international recognition before you even open the doors.
Second mistake…already planning on expansion before the original concept opens and succeeds.
Third mistake…banking on a Michelin star at a burger joint that uses (unless they’ve changed) frozen fries.

The first rule of getting a Michelin star - Never let Michelin know you're seeking one.
