IMO, some thing should just never mix.....

Hell, why not?
Breweries are putting milk in their hazy IPAs and the hayze bois line up outside the brewery at 3am to buy a 4 pack.

Reminds me of the beer Abita came out with that had crawfish boil in it

A lil over the top for me, but I'd try it once.

Yeah, NOLA has one on tap somewhat often. Kind of gose tasting at points. Not really my bag.

Tomatoes or not?
Tony would be rolling in his grave if they put tomatoes in anything that had his name and “gumbo” on it

Still stands as the worst beer I ever had...drain pour after 2 sips

I like to add some vinegar to balance it out. Really makes it better.

Someone put out "Cajun Beer" in the late 80s. I encountered a stack of it in a BR K&B, marked down to something like $1.99 a 6-pack.
For the price, I gave it a try. Horrific. It had red pepper and other junk floating in a basic BMC type beer. Tried a few swallows, and tossed it out.
There was a reason it was so cheap. And I bet there was never a repeat purchaser.
