IMO, some thing should just never mix.....

Hell, why not?

Breweries are putting milk in their hazy IPAs and the hayze bois line up outside the brewery at 3am to buy a 4 pack.

Yeah, NOLA has one on tap somewhat often. Kind of gose tasting at points. Not really my bag.

I like to add some vinegar to balance it out. Really makes it better.

Someone put out "Cajun Beer" in the late 80s. I encountered a stack of it in a BR K&B, marked down to something like $1.99 a 6-pack.

For the price, I gave it a try. Horrific. It had red pepper and other junk floating in a basic BMC type beer. Tried a few swallows, and tossed it out.

There was a reason it was so cheap. And I bet there was never a repeat purchaser.
