Costco in New Orleans has briskets for 2.79 right now. There’s about 10 left. I wish I had more freezer room.

Ralph’s on 44 is having a meat sale. Brisket, pork but, pork loin, fillet roasts, and chicken all on sale today.

I bought a brisket back in may from rouses in br. $4/pound. Butcher told me those prices were the new norm and they’d never go back down.

It was 2.49/lb on sale at Rouses just last week.
