Normally Costco runs it as low as $2.95/lb for brisket, but I had to buy at almost $6/lb last week. Has anyone found options that are easier on the wallet?

In BR or everywhere?

I have still been finding deals for $.99/lb - $1.99/lb.

Yep, have to be patient and stock up when you see a sale. Otherwise, you'll be paying $6/lb for choice brisket.

Where at? I went to Costco and they were selling prime for just under $6.

You think someone would actually take the time to lie about that?

Most of the time in Kroger's or Albertson's. I'm in LC.

HEB's Prime tenderloin filets have usually always fluctuated between $22-27 per lb. Went there during lunch to grab a couple to cook for the wife's birthday, $36/lb.

Bunch of the Houston area BBQ joints have gone up noticeably on their meat prices, especially chicken and brisket.
