I bought an ECM dual boiler which is waaay further down the rabbit hole, but damn it make a fine shot of espresso. Will last a lifetime.
What grinder and coffee are you using?
I went with a Ceado E37S. It's really high end and makes the ultimate cappuccino or espresso. I can't go anywhere and order anything better no matter where I go. I'm ruined.
As far as coffee, I've been getting French Truck varieties as fresh as I can find them. What else should I try?

Ceado E37S
I'd really love a Monolith Flat or Flat Max. Burrs are precision aligned. Unfortunately, they are over $1000 more than the Ceado E37S. The Niche Zero is a new conical grinder that's taking the world by storm for its quality and affordability.
My favorite roasters are:
Tier 1:
Passenger Coffee
Sweet Bloom
George Howell
Tier 2:
Heart
Roseline
Ruby
Dragonfly
Your setup is excellent!!!

This with a Slayer Single Group is going to be my set up when I redo my kitchen.

I've got one of the Breville touch models at home. Not sure which specific one off the top of my head but it is seriously incredible.
I legit hold off on coffee away from home because it's just spoiled me so much with how awesome and smooth the coffee it makes are. Highly recommend.

That would be a sweet setup for sure. My Creado has a really low grind noise level. Sounds rather pleasant. Other grinders I’ve been around are loud and abrasive to where you don’t want to be close by. I totally recommend it.

Anyone have any trouble shooting?
I thought I had mine dialed in. Beans are good, measured correctly.
the pour speed & pressure are where they say is ideal.
My pour ends up being sour & bitter though. I’m wondering if I let my machine sit too long, can it get too hot??
