Comapny is based on an old bootlegger but until now all their whisky/bourbon has been sourced. They recently opened a distillery in Troy so they are gonna start making their own juice. I’m curious as to how that’s gonna go seeing as how hot it gets down here.

My favorites are Blantons, Jefferson Reserve, Four Roses Single Barrel.

I could drink these and be happy forever. Look for some rye if you want to mix it up. Angels Envy, Willett, Michters.

Hmm.. Ok. Well a lot of the other suggestion are very solid so take a look at them.

How about letting the rest of us know where you get PVW for $30 - $50.

I'm not huge on Eagle as I am Blantons, four roses, etc. But I do "like" it. I simply cannot sip Booker's. I have a decanter full of it in my display and have tried multiple times to drink it. It just doesn't compare to the others imo.

Not to mention a few friends have also tried it, but soon ask for something else. (It's not just me lol!)

Old Forester 1920

Added this to my list, also Basil Haydens. I'm sick of hearing how good it is and I haven't had it yet.

Basil Haydens is great. Bit sweeter with vanilla and pecan tones. I like it better neat than in old fashioneds
