You have twice avoided my question regarding the use of that one ply cheap paper napkin as opposed to a cloth one.

now we've reached the real reason for this thread. look at my $40 pilsner glass I poured a stout in.

Would you prefer I used a paper cup? Of course I took the pic to show the food, beer glass and bottle.

Well, you used a Pilsner glass for a stout. You should pour a stout into a snifter glass in order to capture and enhance the aromas of stouts.

Paper cup probably treat a stout better than a pilsner glass, tbh

BCBS is delicious. I usually have to share it, big heavy beers wear my palate out these days

I'm just playing, i don't really give a shite about any of that stuff. But if you ordered that beer out you'd probably get it in a tulip glass.

I see mustang already noted the glass, never mind.

I think I would have gone with a carbonara. Also, your plating was uneven.

imma repost this pic with the caption "how many things can you find wrong with this pic?"

- uneven plating
- paper napkin
- fake 'blackened' scallops (no sear, no cuisson)
- stout poured in pilsner glass
- incorrect pairing of stout and meal
- dirty fork
- empty cake dome
- notre dame leprechaun coaster
- trashy dishwasher open in background
- garbage disposal chewed up Ringer cleaner hanging from casement window latch
- vagina hanging on wall (nobody commented on that one yet)

just to the left of the vagina is the remains of my 'ringer' cast iron chain cleaner which slipped down the garbage disposal and got chewed up before i could stop it and retrieve it.

hanging from the casement window latch for extra trashiness.
